Exchanges are accepted within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order. After this period, we will not be able to process exchanges or returns.
If your product has any manufacturing defect or an error attributable to our brand, please contact us within the first 5 days after receiving your order, including photos and a brief description of the issue.
In this case:
The exchange will be fully covered by Vanessa Niño
We will assume the shipping costs
We will send you a new piece or repair the item if possible
If you wish to exchange your product because:
You changed your mind
It wasn’t what you expected
You no longer like it
You need a different item
You may do so, as long as:
The customer assumes all shipping costs (both ways)
The product is unused, in perfect condition, with tags and original packaging
We do not accept exchanges for items that show signs of use, damage, or are incomplete
We do not offer refunds.
Instead, the amount paid will be issued as store credit to be used on a future purchase (valid for 3 months).
Products purchased with a discount or during special promotions are final sale and cannot be exchanged, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
