⏳ Exchange period

Exchanges are accepted within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order. After this period, we will not be able to process exchanges or returns.


🔍 Exchanges due to manufacturing defects

If your product has any manufacturing defect or an error attributable to our brand, please contact us within the first 5 days after receiving your order, including photos and a brief description of the issue.

In this case:

  • The exchange will be fully covered by Vanessa Niño

  • We will assume the shipping costs

  • We will send you a new piece or repair the item if possible


💕 Exchanges due to change of mind or personal preference

If you wish to exchange your product because:

  • You changed your mind

  • It wasn’t what you expected

  • You no longer like it

  • You need a different item

You may do so, as long as:

  • The customer assumes all shipping costs (both ways)

  • The product is unused, in perfect condition, with tags and original packaging

  • We do not accept exchanges for items that show signs of use, damage, or are incomplete


🚫 Refunds

We do not offer refunds.
Instead, the amount paid will be issued as store credit to be used on a future purchase (valid for 3 months).


✨ Sale or discounted items

Products purchased with a discount or during special promotions are final sale and cannot be exchanged, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
